Garden

The cottage sits in its own grounds and has private off-road parking with easy access to the garden and front doors. It is actually part of old steading buildings and is very characterful with pretty cottage style windows, high ceilings and deep windowsills.

As you step in there is a small hallway with a foldaway seat to help you with removing your shoes and relaxing into the contemporary environment.

Kitchen & Dining

As you go in, to the left is a fully kitted out open-plan kitchen lounge dining area. The kitchen units house an oven and a 4-ring induction hob, a chrome sink, a washing machine and dishwasher, a fridge freezer, bin storage area and pan drawers with further storage units above. There is further larder space contained in the lounge area. There is also an air fryer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

The lounge has two double windows with shutters and views into the pretty garden. There is a comfy seating area facing a 55-inch TV and a dining table to the side.

You should find that you have everything you need to make for a very special stay.

Bedroom & Bathroom

The bathroom is very spacious and grand with its high ceiling and has a standalone bath and a separate shower with wonderful water pressure. Luxury toiletries are provided by the Laura Thomas Company, who use plant based formulations to create peace and balance.

Next door is a luxuriously appointed bedroom with 6-foot bed which can be made as either a king-size double or twin arrangement. There are two mini-wardrobes and further storage units as well as ironing facilities. There is also a 40-inch TV in the bedroom. Windows face both east and west.

Outside the pretty little garden has a lawned area and a patio with lovely views to the hills in the west. You are most welcome to explore the wider expanse of garden surrounding the adjacent farmhouse and steading, where the herbaceous borders make for a gorgeous backdrop.

All these features combine to give you a break of the highest standard in comfort and luxury, a treat to indulge in, just for you. All rates are for bed and continental breakfast, based on two persons sharing. Single occupancy rates are available upon request.
